Trollies

Last night Mary Beth went out and I stayed in and watched Dodes'ka-den. It was really good. The use of color was generally spectacular and there were quite a few times it set up as if it were going a cliché direction but then went somewhere less expected. I also watched this documentary about it and the time leading up to its being made and I didn't know about the trouble Kurosawa had in being involved with (and then not being involved with) Tora! Tora! Tora!. Anyway, was a good movie and I enjoyed it, yeah.
