Good Saturday

Had a pretty laid back evening yesterday. Mary Beth and I dug up The Ben Stiller Show to watch a bit of it and laugh our asses off. Rewatching made me think about much of the jokes were contemporary and wondering how funny a younger person would think it is. I mean, you had a ton of spot-on fucking parodies but are they anything someone who wasn't around then would even get? I think there's a level of humor there that makes things funny even if you don't recognize the source, but who knows. I still find it damn funny. Also one of the things I got right when I was younger and it was actually on the air (along with Get a Life). Also yesterday was a really good day for Bernie. They were states he was expected to win, sure, but he won by margins even greater than those he needs.
