Johnny Guitar Cage

Yesterday afternoon Mary Beth and I met my dad for something between lunch and dinner at Double J Smokehouse downtown. Never been there, but it was alright. Food was pretty good, the barbecue nachos were very good. The atmosphere was Texas-goofy. My dad liked it. He said he thought I was crazy for recommending it at first, because as he was driving there on Danny Thomas he was sure it was a rough neighborhood. I got a couple Unwound shirts in the mail yesterday: one of their last show's poster ("1991-2091") and one with the horse from their last album. Last night we went to the dirty santa party thingie at Josh and Molly's. There was some hanging out and food and ping pong. It was pretty good. Today I went to the gym. That went pretty well, but I'm gonna need to take a break from the squat for a while. My ligament or whatever in my groin isn't getting any better so I think it needs a healing break. Anyway, that's about it.
