The Family Ghost practiced yesterday and it went pretty well. We rocked hard and brought it and stuff. Then in the evening Mary Beth and I went to Josh and Molly's for their housewarming party. So hung out there for a long time and that was swell and all. Got to bed late, woke up, went to the gym. So that was my last workout in my one solid week. Hopefully it served me well. Now I've gotta get back into the swing of things and ready for tomorrow.
