Half-Irish

Went to Murphy's last night to see Jason's punk cover band and hang out with friends. I got there and no one I knew was there. Josh had been earlier, but left. I called him and had him come back. Mary Beth was at a gay bar down the street with some others. I walked the two blocks over and Josh came by there as well. After a while we went back to Murphy's. It was fun hangin' out with people. I also did a whole ton of grading yesterday. Need to finish it up today. Blugh. Mary Beth and I continued a soul food exploration this afternoon at Willie Moore's. It was good. Neckbones and boiled okra (first time I've had this reviled form of okra. It's still okra and it's still good but it is definitely the least good form of okra I've had). Um.
