cream of wheat

the band was supposed to get together sunday evening but Jacques injuried his hand, yikes! i went to work early yesterday...finished reading Inherent Vice by Thomas Pynchon and afterwards Mary Beth and i made use of the early evening and hung out with Dustin and Courtney and saw their new dog Darla and went and had chicken and waffles on beale st (the food was good, not great, but even the prospect of mediocre chicken and waffles thrills me as i haven't had it since la like seven years ago!) then today at work i finished reading Light in August by William Faulkner...my stomach's a little jacked up...hm...that's it...
