it's no surprise how pathetically out of shape i am, but that's okay...that's why i'm doing this minimal amount of exercise in the first place...i'm hoping my legs were less sore today, i can't tell though...i just got finished with today's walk...i change my route too...i'm pretty much walking in the same area more or less, just going a different way...but enough of that...i finished reading Soul Mountain by Gao Xingjian at work today...
