walkin' blues

Mary Beth accompanied me on my walk last night...we ran into Jacques walking past his house and chatted with him a little bit...but fuck, my fucking legs have been KILLING me since i've been walking...it's pathetic how out of shape i am...i cut my walk in half tonight...i guess i'd better keep it at 30 minutes until i can handle it...ah well...Mary Beth left work early today 'cuz she's sick...i hope she gets better! at least she doesn't work for two more days...anyway...
