worked overtime the last two nights...til midnight...and actually in that past month i didn't have internet they were in rare form by offering overtime quite a bit...so that's alright...let's see...yet another corporate change-over...hopefully it'll be for the better as i loathe verizon...but ah, we'll see...yesterday i got some mail: The Crossing by Cormac McCarthy...there was some minor annoyingness at work today where i accidentally logged in 9 minutes early then right back out after a second and then logged in at my normal time...when i brought it up with my supervisor he said there's nothing they could do to correct it and that it could only fuck up my compliance by having my start time pushed up and then 9 minutes off the phone and recommended logging in 2 minutes early for my 2 remaining breaks which would leave me off by 5 minutes which wouldn't hurt anything (which i did and kept it in standby for those 2 minutes...jerks!) anyway, that's all except i just got some packages which i'm about to open right now!: opening...Only Revolutions by Mark Z. Danielewski, Rashōmon and 17 Other Stories by Ryūnosuke Akutagawa, Low: Drums and Guns, and Hunger by Knut Hamsun...i also got a free wii remote keychain (for doing some online survey) and it has a light too! alright! i had wrote it off as lame until i saw that...almost useful! hooray!
