i ended up getting an email address for the band: thefamilyghost666@hotmail.com...(just "thefamilyghost" was taken...) in the process, i was being all cute and decided to put for the birthday a date that was around the time the band started...THEN i ended up getting this "Hotmail Kids" page...and it was saying i needed a parent's consent to continue...argh! it was a pain in the arse and i had to get someone else to use their hotmail account as the parent...well, next time i start a hotmail account i'll know not to do that again...once i got it set up i changed the birthday to my own to avoid any more hassle for the band as a juvenile...it's pretty fucking stupid...first off, i don't think any ACTUAL two year old would be starting up their own email account...i could be wrong...kids are growin' up so fast these days...what with their internet and chocolate milk and all...i've been listening to the demo a bunch...it rules so much, however, it seems in a few days we'll be re-recording two songs 'cuz Jacques isn't happy with his voice...oh well...we'll see what happens with that...
tonight i went with Keith to the Haley Bonar/Rivulets show...Brad and Tracy were there when we arrived...it was really good, i hadn't heard Rivulets but he (it's pretty much just one guy) was quite good...i guess a bit liike Haley Bonar, he played acoustic guitar and was melancholy and stuff...Haley was good as well...she had some keyboard problems early on...but the drummer fixed 'em or something...it was mostly stuff off her second album and i have that and stuff so it was a familiar set...afterwards i bought Rivulets' Debridement cd...as well as a Haley Bonar shirt...it says "Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy"...can't go wrong with that...well, i'm home now, kickin' it with the dogs...i'll say stuff later when there's more stuff to say...
