SY show #1 for the week tonight!!!

aaaaahhhh!!! weeee!!!! yea!!! and stuff...i'm getting mentally prepared for the rock-fest that's gonna happen tonight...Pearl Jam doesn't allow video recordings but they allow audio recordings so i'll only be doing that...Pearl Jam sucks...oh well...at least i get to go to one of their concerts and walk out right after the opening band (since, of course they're the greatest band ever...) now i'm babbling, i apologise...i woke up w/out getting nearly enough sleep, i'm pretty damned tired right now, but that doesn't matter...i'll be seeing Sonic Youth in a few hours and i'm a happy boy! then after tonight, 2 more days in a row!!! aaaaahhhhh!!! yippee!!! (no, you're not misinterpreting this by thinking that it's driven by being really really pathetic...) ah...the The Wonder has now merged into Hyperstation...daydreaming days in a daydream nation...so, while the set i'll be seeing will be a little short for them, it's still Sonic Youth, by cracky! it seems like there might have been something else of some consequence that i was gonna mention here...i can't think of anything so i'll quit whilst i'm ahead...

great versions of everything they played...highlights: the version of "The Burning Spear" was FUCKING amazing...one of the hilights of my sad, pathetic life...Lee went through 3 guitars during "Kool Thing"...threw his drumstick 20 ft. in the air durring "100%"...and the chorus of complaints of frat boys was a great amusement...especially during the last half of embellished noise on "NYC Ghosts & Flowers"...it's funny to see Sonic Youth annoy the fuck out of frat boys at an arena...god they're so fucking great...sorry, i'm still a bit caught up in the mood...i REALLY REALLY can't wait for the Last Place on Earth show tomorrow night...then once again the next night in Nashville...i think Jacques, David, and i are gonna go do some rock...jesus fucking christ that was such a good show! what a great fucking band! ahhhhh!!! (jesus fucking christ i'm fucking pathetic...i'll quit annoyin' ya'll who are kind enough to read my journal and humour me and just quit while i'm not too far behind...)
