Last night I ended up watching Dressed to Kill. I'm a bit conflicted on that one. I went into it not knowing anything about it except it's De Palma and I've been liking what I've seen of his lately. And there's a lot that's pretty great about it. The transphobia dates it pretty badly though. I know it's not QUITE that simple and it's largely riffing on Psycho more than anything, but it's still falls on the side of shitty. Definitely feels "of its time." I came home from work to a 3 gallon hand-held wet/dry vac. My car's just had water soaked into the floor for months now. So I went out and vacuumed it up some. I have a feeling some more water will creep back out as the dust settles, but it's a good start at not having a weirdly wet car floor.
