Walk

Didn't do a whole ton of a lot yesterday. Mary Beth and I did go on a long walk to the park (a long, reasonably muddy walk). I hadn't exercised much in a while so when I got home I was pretty damn sore. Even passed out for a little while in the evening. What else? There was work today. Nothing too fancy. Was a little sore this morning but it mostly seems to have passed by now. That's about it.
