Not a whole lot. We started in on the third season of BoJack Horseman last night. Ran errands this morning and I took Mary Beth to vote. It is hot and I am now enjoying a Maine Root Mexicane Cola. Oh yeah, past few days I seem to be getting embroiled in an inordinate amount of political arguments online. For some reason Green party supporters have been getting me a bit angry. Sure Hilary has her problems, and some serious ones too, but none of it comes anywhere near Trump. At all. And the Jill Stein isn't getting elected this year. The Greens' (LONGSHOT) goal is to get 5% of the vote for funding. They're not going to get the top office without first building up strongholds down ticket across the country. A vote for the Green party in the presidential election is essentially a vote for an advertisement. And fuck that mess. You've gotta vote the best you can at every level. Trump can do real damage to real people (women and minorities especially, of course). A vote for Clinton is not "giving up" and it's stupid to think that there's only one approach and only one front to this "revolution." Know which battles to fight and where to focus your efforts. Maybe a chess analogy is dumb here, but it's inevitable that you're gonna sacrifice some pieces, you win by being smart about which ones and when.
