Last night Mary Beth and I went to Spin Street. I wanted to trade in some cds, first and foremost being that Silent Hill rerecorded soundtrack thing that was pretty awful. I also got rid of my Social Distortion stuff. While there I picked up a few things: Earth: Angels of Darkness. Demons of Light!, Brian Eno: Drums between the Bells, and Trans Am: TA in the used cd department (now I'm seeing the Eno still has the plastic security casing still on it! It's trapped!). I also picked up Fear and Desire (Kubrick's first) on dvd. And then in my infinite wisdom I forgot to use the store credit gift card I'd gotten when I traded in the cds. So I still have that and guess I need to go back sometime (when I get them to open this damn cd maybe?) Then back at home we ordered pizza and finished Hannibal (the first season of the tv show, not the movie). Although I did miss like two episodes towards the beginning, before it was established how much I like it and Mary Beth started waiting for me.
