went to work (FedEx) and stuff...after the work was done we had to wait for a little while 'cuz it was thunderstorming and the shuttle buses weren't shuttling or something...then i went home and watched The Simpsons...
monday/today-ish:
woke up and did stuff: mailed tape, deposited Adecco check (i'm now like $40 in the positive, bankaccountwise, woohoo!), swung by Borders to pick up this Fall cd (The Wonderful and Frightening World Of. . .) that i'd been eyeing for a while, and went to the grocery store to get stuff for mom...then we went to the hospital to visit my grandmother...after a little while i went to work...not bad even though it started raining really bad at some point into it...i made a little over $30 in tips + mileage comp...not bad considering i was only scheduled to work the first shift for some reason...i was there a little over 3 hrs i think...after that i went over to The Apartment...Jacques and Amber were there...i had brought my Fall video along and we watched that...it fucking rules...it has actual videos (along w/ some live stuff)...well...i'm sure going into any detail would just be boring, so i'll just state, for the record, that The Fall rules...then i sat and wasted far too much time watching Jacques play Metal Gear Solid...then i came home...my grandmother (my mom's mom...not the one in the hospital now...) and my aunt are over...she (grandmother) comes to town every so often now to get chemo and other cancer-related checkups...and she usually stays over here...(she lives about 2 hrs away in AR) that's all for now i guess...

i thought i should go back and mention that the subject of this entry comes from the current music...(i.e. not in reference to my grandmothers, as reading it later seemed it might possibly imply...)
