i neglected to mention that i started reading to Mary Beth from the "thousand and one nights"...it was the night we had no power, holding the volume up near the flashlight affixed with aluminum foil and scotch tape...and we read (or i read aloud to her) every now and then at night, various nights...so we'll eventually read the whole thing in, oh, a few decades...but it is an entertainment!
