i got my new pedal today! Frostwave's The Resonator! it's a clone of the [Korg] MS-20 filter...and it's a high pass and low pass filter in series with cv inputs for each filter! it's damn sweet! let's see uh, i guess that it's but i'm super excited about that so...(much thanks to Mary Beth for staying home and receiving my package for me!)

this may be a moot point now but have you ever tried the sherman filterbank? i played one once and it is totally crazy. of course it's hella expensive... maybe not for mr moogerfooger over there, however!

never heard of those, look pretty sweet...pretty expensive...but hey, maybe one day...soon i'm probably gonna take out a loan and get a damned voyager...i pretty much can do what the filterbank can do though across a few pedals (though i don't have ADSR, but i will once i get the voyager...) but you can never have too much crap to patch back and forth between!

theres something about the sherman that is just soo fucked up sounding, you feed something tame into it and it just destroys. plus it looks damn cool. i dunno, if i was going to pay voyager-bank for a monosynth i'd get a synthesizers.com modular or a nice doepfer rig or somethin...
