yesterday i finished reading The Sheltering Sky by Paul Bowles...then after work Mary Beth and i went to this thing at tgi friday's where some coworkers were having kind of a going-away party thingie for LeDerrick...i'd normally avoid things like that like the plague, but LeDerrick was the awesomest supervisor i'd ever had so i had to go for his sake...he was my last supervisor before the recent changeover a couple weeks ago and i'd had him for over a year, i believe...it was amusing, especially one person...her at-work personality extended to being very drunk at a bar had that social watching-a-train-wreck thing going on...and she's a deplorable person anyway...so kind of amusing once you're able to get past the annoying...which wasn't too hard as it was pretty amusing...and then uh...oh, i dunno...i guess that's all...

love that "album".... i've heard a few other rallizes discs, proper albums in some cases, and they're pretty mediocre... i think it just comes down to the crazy echo.

it's one of the best damned things ever! crazy echo is good, but the crazy fuzz! ah! i haven't heard the other stuff, though i hear it's not as good...i didn't know they had any proper albums, the only other thing i know about is the live 72 one...even if none of their other stuff touches this one, i still wanna hear it...i mean, that live album's SO fucking good!

the 72 thing is the one with a telecaster on the cover, i think, and i've heard that and its similar to live 77 but much less crazier. theres also this: http://www.headheritage.co.uk/unsung/albumofthemonth/1711/ - a real album from i guess the early 70s, i think i have this on my old computer and it was just pretty much straight up 'heavy garage'... not very distinctive. but i'll give it a second listen.

i saw someone talking about the online fairly recently...it's like a comp of some sort...and even though the point of that article seemed to be "wow! a denudes cd that's official and you can actually easily get!" i can't seem to be able to find it...(doing a fairly superficial and brief search, i admit...)
