today i did a little thrift storing with Dustin...all these years i've been going to the DAV and i didn't even realize there's another thrift store next door IN THE SAME BUILDING! what the hell!? Mid-South Outlet, i guess since it doesn't have "thrift" in its name i thought it was something else or something...so i went there for the first time ever today...didn't get anything, but at another thrift store that i did already know about i got Independence Day by Richard Ford...hrm...and that's about it...

I actually dropped a few things off at that thrift store a couple months ago. I saw a Kenwood stereo receiver in the glass case just like my parents (and eventually just Mom) had, only in better condition. I thought about getting it for nostalgic purposes, but I think they wanted $125 for it.
