the power went out yesterday, just long enough for me to miss The Simpsons...stupid power jerks...this morning i woke up early and got my earplugs...i think one might be a little long and i may have to get it shortened a little...it feels like it's poking a wee bit...i just realized i'll be using earplugs that cost more than my guitar! (cheap guitar, costly earplugs...i tried 'em out briefly a minute ago and they seem to actually work in dampening the sound evenly across the aural spectrum...of course, as much as they were they'd BETTER...i say...) at work i finished reading Reading Lolita in Tehran by Azar Nafisi ("reading" needs better synonyms...reading reading...) i really didn't get enough sleep last night...ugh...uh...anyway...
