The Pocket Protectors had a practice this evening...gearing up for the show...before we started i found my amp blew a tube...i'd kinda needed to replace 'em anyway, but it's certainly not good timing with a show in a few days...last night i noticed a sticker on the back cover of that How to Destroy the Universe comp saying "Moblization Trail-Ware Music Try out this CD. If you like it, mail or Pay Pal us $5. Otherwise pass it onto someone else." i thought that was kinda nice, i'll probably paypal 'em some money when i get paid...you don't see the honor system used too often nowadays, i think it's kinda nice, personally...and the cd's not bad either...the live Savage Republic songs are certainly awesome...and i'd never heard F-Space, and the song on here's completely fucking awesome...i guess that's al for now...

I got an F-Space album used at Lastchance a few months ago, just because of the Savage Republic connection. It's pretty good. It's called Preliminary Impact Report or something like that. I can't remember if any of the songs from that are on that How to Destroy the Universe thing, since I don't have it in front of me. The F-Space album I've heard is worth hearing. That was the point of this comment.

that's cool...i think that's their only album so far...i'm not sure if that song's on it or not...(well, technically two songs, but as one's under a minute and another 18 and a half minutes, i'm sure it's not hard to guess which one i'm focusing on...) but as i already said, that song's completely fucking awesome..."Gathering Pools" it's called...
