yesterday i hung out at Jacques and Amber's eating pizza and watching stuff...a fine way to begin the new year...then i worked today...at least it was holiday pay...and i'm working overtime the next two days...and something odd: today i saw, written on the bathroom wall "Fuck you ga Ayn Rand sucks"...this is while i was taking a crap and reading Ayn Rand at that very moment...even though i'm inclined to agree with the assertion, it's still pretty fucked up...like someone saw me reading the book last week and felt it necessaary to let me in on their own literary insight via crapper...i don't feel paranoid about it, but it's such an obscure, specific thing to write on a bathroom wall that i can't really see anything else making much sense...and not that it bothers me (especially seeing as how no one's convinced me of any validity to that remark better than Ayn Rand herself...) it's hard to be phazed too seriously by any words perpendicular to a small amount of feces smeared on the wall (yeah, i work with some real couth fellas)...it's just odd, that's all...i went by my parents' after work and had some food...saw the dogs...that's all...

yeah...i think i'm gonna trudge my way through it...i do like elements of it (otherwise i'm sure i couldn't even make myself read it all...) but the overall impression is not for the better...and i sort of feel compelled to read it all (though at one point i did ALMOST give up)...alost 'cuz i'd feel like all the reading i've already done would be wasted time or something...(so i'll just waste more time?) and then i guess i can prove to any objectionists that the reason i don't like it isn't because i'm a PUSSY!

Okay, that's a little creepy.

This weekend somebody wrote something in shit on the men's room wall. However, I am not allowed in the men's room, so I have no idea what it was. Maybe it was more literary criticism.

i see it every now and then...in this case it was the dot on a giant exclamation point...perhaps that's grammatical criticism...(i think the one or two times i've seen it before it was the same thing, or something similar...) oh the love i feel for coworkers...perhaps morale would be higher if they distributed bananas on a daily basis...

well, NOW i hear someone wrote "MCI" in huge letters in shit on the wall...i didn't see that...though one of the stalls had a lot of paint recently slathered across it...
