last night while i was leaving work i saw some dude reading Naked Lunch i'd have said something to him if he wasn't on a call...maybe it's some jerk but perhaps one with decent taste in books...i had to go by my parents' because there was something in the mail from the bank that i needed to get...but i got to see the dogs and that's always worth it...i got my car washed...hung out with Justin H. for a little bit...then last night on a whim i decided i should make a halloween mix tape so i started on that (finishing it today)...but today i had to sit around all day waiting for a package that had been attmpted twice already (ups didn't get here 'til 5...) Justin H. came over for a little while...i got something in the regular mail: The Kids in the Hall: Complete Season 3 1991-1992...then the package i'd been awaiting for arrived: my Paia Theremax theremin kit...awesome! now i just have to put it together! (¡ay!) i guess that's it...oh yeah, i also finally put my "My other guitar is a theremin." sticker on my car...(i had one on my old car, i had gotten this one for my newer car since then...partially prompted by my actually acquiring a theremin, but mostly because of my car getting washed...) uh...

at the record store there used to be this hip hop doofus, that like had a g.e.d. but liked talking about watching foreign films and thai food etc. for a while, he would read 'on the road' on his lunch break. i'd always assume the jerk-factor.

well i haven't heard him talk yet...though Burroughs is one of the best things ever...far better than Kerouac (though i did like On the Road, which is all i've read...) i usually assume people are probably jerks, but i do leave the possibility open for being wrong up until i talk to 'em...i do like Burroughs, though...
