Mary Beth and I did our TFM run during the lunch break. Afterwards I finished reading A Hero of Our Time by Mikhail Lermontov and it was good. I got some stuff in the mail. First a cd, Merzbow: CATalysis (Mary Beth enjoyed the artwork with its pictures of cats (especially floofy black ones)). Second, a replacement Id M Theft Able shirt from when I ordered one from a bad batch a few months ago where the lettering was coming off in the wash. Then at night Jimmy dropped off the art we'd gotten from him at that showing a few weeks ago. I worked a little more on my python script. One thing that's been bugging me is that the library I'd been using reads csv files but not xlsx files and my master spreadsheet is an xlsx. So whenever I'd update it (you know, add cds), if I was going to run my scripts, I'd have to manually copy its contents over to a csv. So I'm updating it to read directly from the xlsx file, which requires a different library and some differences in coding approach, nothing major. I think I got that part knocked out. Also while I'm at it, thought I could update to use my new date column for weights instead of the old method I'd been using. So worked out the part reading that, though I haven't hooked everything up completely yet. I just have this logic working kind of in parallel with the stuff doing the actual work. When I get a chance I'll probably connect it up. Okay, that's enough boring stuff!
