I worked through the morning yesterday with the migration. I think it mostly went fine. Right before, I had responded to a message from my manager and still had my phone in my hand. This was right after I got out of the shower. Probably because of water dripping off my head, I apparently accidentally called my manager through teams and I'm not sure but my video may have been on? And if so I was shirtless (at least I had my underwear on so there was no junk possibility). I mean, mostly it wouldn't've been anything to see as my phone was against my head but who knows. Maybe that didn't happen? I don't know. Whatever. Later in the afternoon Mary Beth finished reading to me Medea by Christa Wolf and it was good. We spent a good long evening and night watching a bunch of Gilmore Girls. Now I'm back to work. Oh, I meant to say something about Opera Memphis. One breath of fresh air about the performance is they're one of the very very few things that still take the pandemic seriously at all and they require masks at their performances. So I haven't been around that many other people masked-up in a good long while. And this isn't just because of the symphony getting covid, that was their policy even before. Go them. I mean, how fucking simple is a mask? Fucking people.
