Today!...

Yesterday was another day of Big Room Planning so lots of meetinging and somewhat hecticness. I got an order of cds in the mail: Tod Dockstader/David Lee Myers: Bijou, Tod Dockstader & James Reichert: Omniphony 1, Chris Cutler and Thomas Dimuzio: Quake, Chris Cutler and Thomas Dimuzio: Dust, Cutler • Dimuzio • Vrtacek: Preacher in Naked Chase Guilty, Lol Coxhill/Charles Hayward/Hugh Hopper/Orphy Robinson: Clear Frame, and Sun Ra: Horizon. I finished up the loading videos, have a bunch (same video, different music...some mine, some from Paul V.). I did a few more connection tests and everything is good. Everyone accounted for and only a few people had to pre-record videos. I also added the schedule to the website (literally just hard-coded the damn thing). What else? I'm sure there's something else. Whatever, the festival starts today anyway! Hard to believe, maybe? I dunno, what is time? The testicle pain is still there but maybe milder? I dunno. Had a lot of trouble falling asleep last night. I'll be naive and think I'm relaxed and ready to sleep, but I guess I should know better given what today is. Anyway, let's have at it!
