Got this cd in the mail yesterday: Dopolarians: The Bond. In the evening, Mary Beth and I went and picked up our clicklist groceries. Mary Beth got wise to the idea of sending in an on-the-way kind of notification to Kroger so that they had the order staged to go when we arrived. So it was even faster this time. Then we get home and realize the sodas are wrong, and they weren't called out in the missing/substitution list. Instead of Pepsi with Real Sugar it was just regular Pepsi. That's a disappointment but I could live with that; however, instead of Mountain Dew Throwback it was regular Mountain Dew and that's just a bridge too far. So I went back to see if I could exchange them. First I checked the shelves and saw that there was only one of the good kind of Pepsi left so I figured I could at least swap out the Mountain Dew for that. I took the case up to the customer service desk and explained and she was just like "ah, just take it, don't worry about it!" She probably didn't feel like bothering with any kind of paperwork for that, which I understand, but also I really didn't want the Mountain Dew anyway. But whatever, it was a partial success, I guess.
