Spent a good bit of yesterday working on flyer art and getting things "up and running" for an upcoming show. Later in the evening Mary Beth and I had dinner at Outback to use up some gift cards. It was mediocre but free! But man the damn parking lot was a crazy-ass zoo, couldn't even park in it had to go slide down the neighborhood street to park. Later at night we rewatched Before Sunset. Work today was alright. I came home to a bunch of things in the mail. First is an order from a Superior Viaduct sale (from like over a month ago): Henry Flynt: You Are My Everlovin', Craig Leon: Nommos, and Glaxo Babies: Nine Months to the Disco. I got a book in the mail I'd ordered (unfortunately a bit more dirty a copy than expected, but I guess that's the thing with used books) The Author and Me by Éric Chevillard (one of the things that grabbed me the hardest from that last Review of Contemporary Fiction...the other one, by Raoul Schrott, I couldn't find translated...actually, I couldn't find anything of his at all that's not in the original German). Also got in the mail a dvd of Brain Candy (yeah, Kids in the Hall, yeah, hell yeah! haven't seen it in so long). And that's about it.
