Mary Beth and I took a nice walk to the park yesterday afternoon and the weather was nice. Did a bunch of reading over this weekend and I finished The Rise of Endymion by Dan Simmons yesterday (quite earlier than expected). So now I've conquered the latter half of this series without having read the first half (as that was the order Mary Beth did it! so I'll just have to circle back around to the first half later!). After that Mary Beth and I started watching the tv show Vida (which we're enjoying so far!). Half-awoke this morning to tornado sirens. There was a tornado warning in the county. I got up and checked, saw that it was well to the north and east of us so went back to bed (it was only twenty minutes or so before my alarm so I'm not sure that it actually did any good but I was pretty rested today). All the hoopla was over by the time I left for work anyway, but a lot of people out farther east came in later. I was much busier working on a ticket today than I'd been in a while, which is nice. I came home to a Tangerine Dream: Phaedra t-shirt in the mail. So...yeah!
