A Little

Mary Beth and I met my parents and nephews over at Soul Fish for my mom's birthday yesterday (well, her birthday is today but we met yesterday). As usual with the place, I got way too full. Mary Beth and I went for a walk in the park after that. Then later at night we wrapped up watching Russian Doll. It was good and I enjoyed it (I feel they probably could have ended with something more interesting than "love story" but it wasn't horribly egregious or anything). I had a brief conversation with Sterling about Virginia Woolf today (this was later in the day and separate from his sharing a picture of himself in Paul Stanley makeup from Saturday's Kiss concert...he'd kept saying he was going to wear it to work the day before but he never did, he also said he was going to do Ace Frehley but copped out for the easier one). I'd just overheard the mention when he was talking to someone else and as I'm right in the middle of The Waves right now I figured it'd be a nice time to jump in. Got a nice package in the mail today with new (to me) module: Hexinverter Mutant Bassdrum. Finally, my Mutant Clap isn't a lone drum module all by itself. I got it with the honorarium money (and some credit card rewards points) from the Memphis Remix compilation. Coincidentally, that went up on soundcloud last night.
