Sleep Schedules

Since I was tired from the previous night's deployment, I was able to go to sleep early last night around 7. So then I woke up for the 1 am deployment and that went on schedule til three. I did have some issues but was able to resolve them. And mostly I was able to go to bed afterwards and pretty much finish a normal night's sleep. It was a little difficult to fall back asleep so I maybe missed an hour, but it wasn't too bad. Then there was work today and that was fine. Got out a little bit early. Will continue to get out a little early to get that late night time back. That's about it.
