Last night Mary Beth and I went up to Stax to see [Three] Tough Guys. As they pointed out, it is decidedly not a restored version in any sense. One of those way overexposed transfers. Anyway, it was a fun watch, at typical De Laurentiis outing with the writing and the acting and so on. Some of it was pretty funny. And the big climax being in an arcade was pretty sweet. The soundtrack was beyond badass so I picked up from the gift shop: Isaac Hayes: Double Feature (with its soundtrack and Truck Turner, another Isaac Hayes movie, on a double cd thingie). Today after work it was back to Otherlands for the last time to phone bank (in the future we'll do it somewhere else). I was the only one there again. At first it was a bit of a downer. I called Wisconsin today and it was just a bunch of rude people at first. After a while though I started getting more Bernie supporters and I got a pretty good number (and just a greater concentration of other people who weren't rude).
