Warren Beatty and Dustin Hoffman

We started early with the recording yesterday. Back to working on my drums. Tried the chorus on "Cameras" again. I practiced along to a loop and this time I was getting closer to fitting it into the prelaid time. But the other guys were getting frustrated and I was getting frustrated and we moved on to the drums on Ryan's song. Wait, I think we may have done Ryan's song first and then "Cameras." Yeah, that's how it went. Anyway, on Ryan's song, I hadn't been happy with my part from before and tried to work out a new one. This also led to frustration from everyone. Went ahead and recorded the long snare rolls on the anthemic buildup and left the other parts blank. I had the idea of doing electronic drums on 'em anyway. Everyone was getting frustrated and annoyed with each other so we moved on. I say "each other" and guess I really mean "me." Anyway, we moved on. Paul and Ryan laid down their parts for the song Paul's gonna sing on. Just in time for my neighbor to inform me he's trying to take a nap. Anyway, I got to try the Five Guys around the corner. I got my Synare working aright and recorded a beat with it and the Syncussion on the song Ryan sings on. Late in the evening Mary Beth and I went with Jacques to Huey's. Now I need to work or something. Also, REALLY not sure about this cd single I'm listening to here.
