license to teach

Ended up hanging out with Ryan again on Sunday for a brief bit. Mary Beth and I were supposed to go to my parents' but my mom called and cancelled. I think things weren't going so great. It sucks I didn't get to see Lizzy. I don't know how many more times left I have to see her. Anyway, yesterday was Halloween, Not too much that's remarkable to tell. The Electronic Music Club had our second meeting and they made up a wish list of equipment they want so I'm gonna try to get something together on donors choose. I had an idea of playing 'em some awesome electronic horror soundtracks in honor of the day, but didn't. Speaking of horror, was up late last night doing my homework. I did get some mail. The first was very appropriate for the date: Brad Fiedel: Fright Night soundtrack. The other was my teaching license! I'm officially like a real teacher and not just some fraud standing in front of the classroom every day! Yay! (I was a little worried there may have been an error in the paperwork submissions, but it all turned out right). It is a relief. On the other hand it's kind've exciting even though it shouldn't be. I don't know if its arriving on Halloween was some terrible message or omen. After work today a coworker confided to me that he has mild Asperger's. Makes some sense. I guess that's all I've got for now.
