weekendness

last night Mary Beth and i had another anniversary celebration at Iris thanks to the gift certificate from her parents...so that was nice...then later in the evening i finished reading the last bit of Shame by Salman Rushdie...of course i read the majority of it while i was still at my old job...it took me two months to read, i believe, a good deal less than a hundred pages...a little sad, yes, anyway...today we met David and Phoebe and Josh and Molly for brunch at the Beauty Shop (their brunch was quite nice, actually...) um...i guess that's about it...just took a short nap and now i need to get ready for next week...ugh...

also, my posts lately have been friends-only (not that i've been posting much at all anyway)...so if you haven't been logged in and stuff, uh, do that i guess...
