partytime

yesterday Mary Beth and i had our little birthday hangout thingie at Lou's and some swell pizza was eaten...luckily it was an early work day so i was off at a decent hour...Dustin and Josh gave me their co-present which was two cables that convert audio signals to cv signals...pretty sweet...and then a present from Josh and Molly: Handmade Electronic Music by Nicolas Collins...it looks pretty awesome, even comes with a dvd...after all that we stopped by Paul and Shawna's for a bit as they'd had something come up at the time of the eating and stuff...anyway, i went in for the later shift today so Mary Beth and i were able to get up early and walk beforehand! it was nice as we'd missed three days in a row...and at work i finished reading The Rainbow by D. H. Lawrence...it was okay, i guess...there was some good writing, but it was pretty boring and the overall style was a bit tedious...that's all for now, interview tomorrow before work...sheesh...
