in reference to a previously-posted poll which i screwed up primarily by leaving out one of the books i'd read (with other more minor mistakes...)

today at work i finished reading The Dalkey Archive by Flann O'Brien...it was good, though not as good as the other book i'd read by him (The Third Policeman...they share a plot point...TTP was written first but couldn't get published while he was alive and perhaps thought lost and he reused one part of it in this later book...it's not as key an element the second time around...well, now i've tackled the namesake of my favorite publisher at the moment...) i forgot to mention also that on new year's day Dustin gave me my replacement tin can for my christmas present (the lo-fi single string fretless thingie...) this time it's a pineapple can and the can is much bigger too...i'm hoping it'll sound even better...we'll see...haven't gotten around to testing it yet...
