good night

today was long...i spent like 8 hrs at school or something like that...one the way i finally sent out the money for The Pop Group cd i won...i tried to meet w/ my new advisor, but the person i needed to talk to wasn't there today...i wasted a bunch of time...devoted an insanely small amount of time studying for my exam...as you might expect, i failed the fuck out of it...it's pretty bad when you're almost just too embarrassed to walk up there and turn the exam in...but here's some other news concerning that class and exams: yesterday i went to pick up the last exam before the final...i got a 65...not great but it was actually an improvement over the first exam (63) which is kind've a surprise...but i know i came NOWHERE close to those grades on the final...most of the time i was just sitting there fighting off the urge to just fall asleep...it started at 5:30...i woke up this morning at 3am...needless to say i'm really fucking tired now...but i was getting tired earlier than i should've today...i seem to do that lately...i wanna sleep too much and be awake too little...my body does...i actually hate the concept of sleeping...but anyway...after i did horribly in YET ANOTHER class, i went over to Paul and David's...i passed out on the floor for a little while...maybe an hour...i dunno...then there was this thing on the Discovery channel that we were all caught up in...for a while i wanted to go home and pass out but it was raining really badly and i didn't feel like driving in it, being so tired...but it subsided and here i am...jolly...

damn!

i forgot the coolest story of today...at one point i got a coke from a vending machine...and i got one of the "FREE 20 OZ. COCACOLA PRODUCT" caps...well by the time i drank it all, i had forgotten about it and i put the cap back on and threw it away...i was sitting outside in the courtyard thingie...then i went in the library to study...after a little while i remembered so i went back out and got it out of the trash can, took the cap off, and re-threw-away the empty bottle...i'm cool...(and as a side note, while i was drinking said cola beverage, i started writing a story...kind've happy about that...)

and now for a real "damn!"

i was wanting to bid on this (EML-200 synth) but w/ just over 6 hrs left it's gone up past $1000...and the reserve isn't even met (not that that's not above my affordable range now anyway...) well, i guess that means more money for New York...(not to mention Los Angeles...off in the ever-so-distant future...) but a cool synth IS a life-long investment...eh...i pretty much expected that anyway...i guess this means it's time to do some more ebay searchin'...(

this morning has been at least semi-productive...i woke up all early (i even managed to get up before my alarm...somehow...) i mailed someone their mixtape (very overdue...i started making it sometime late summer, if that tells you anything...) i went up to school and i got the thing signed and cleared to register...on my way back i got my oil changed...and on returning, i registered...here's my schedule as it currently stands:
