a cavalcade of crap...

oi...i'm at her apartment right now...she's at school...i think she might be back soon...for her break or whatever...i'm gonna try to randomly remember all the missed details of the past week or so or whatever...i did finally finished reading Amerika...a few weeks ago, actually, i forgot to mention it at the time i finished it...my car was fixed the week before last...the a/c/overheating problem...the transmission is starting to go...it'll prob'ly hold up for a good while, but it could go at anytime...that would've/will been/be two and a half thousand dollars to fix...i might start looking into getting a new car soon...while this one has some salvagable trade-in value...i saw Jacques and Amber's new place...the other night...as they were moving in...pretty sweet...hoping we'll be able to practice again soon...(the band...it's been so long...we haven't rocked since the show...gah...) i think i'm getting some sort of sickness...of the sinul/cold variety...it's too soon for that rubbish, by crikey...oh yes...Iggy Pop is playing here the day after we get back from Los Angeles...tickets are $20, but it's Iggy Pop for fuck's sake...even if it is terrible (which is a very high possibility) it's still Iggy...you can't pass that up...i'd better get tickets soon...i can't think of anything else that i had intended to say...i doubt there was much else...and nothing of any actual importance, given what i did actually remember...

i now have two long phone cords connected w/ one of them connecting-deelies thus connecting my computer to the phone jack across the room...thus leaving me w/ the ability to intronet on a normal basis again...whoopee...i'll also throw in a little tidbit i forgot from my last post: the night before i got my car mostly fixed-up, one of my tires blew out...i took it to a service station but they said it was the side-wall and i had to get a new tire...so the next day after i got my car mostly fixed-up i searched frantically for the receipts for the tires as they are all relatively not-old...i finally found 'em, took the car to Costco and got it replaced for a fraction of the cost...not a terribly small fraction, but less than 1/2...and that's better than 1/1 by far, so...i missed my first class today (models of computation) 'cuz as i was getting ready i realized that i was supposed to have had homework due for my second class (real analysis) so i skipped the first and did most of the homework for the second...i need to stop being such a lousy student...i think i'm soon gonna do hw and study for the quiz tomorrow...we'll see how this experiment goes...
