the day is tuesday today

went to my one class today, slept for an hour afterwards, and watched The Simpsons...

those are the facts, here are the non-fact-stuff-things: last week or so, upon coming home i glanced at the tv as my mom was watching it...some show was on: Street Smarts...the gist of the show is that they go around asking ppl on the street these questions, they'll pick 3 ppl and have their answers...the two contestants much guess which one is right/wrong depending on which round it is...well, they ask this one guy "what does it mean if you have intestinal fortification?" or some very similar question to that and the guy answers "it means you've got big balls" i prob'ly shouldn't find this funny, but i find it to be quite funny...i meant to post about that earlier but i forgot...and now as i had nothing else to post about...also i find that show to be entertaining, even though something tells me i shouldn't...but it actually doesn't suck, which is rare but i guess good when it happens...there is nothing else upon which my mind can detect as something to which i may feed into this input device thingie...

Savage Blunder 2001

okay...this is really pathetic, but here it goes: last week or so i planned out a small tour for the band assuming one week off for us...so i chose several cities, checking the distances between and choosing a feasible itinerary by which we could hit the better cities w/out having to drive too far in between...here's the 7 lucky cities and the estimated driving times between...:

Day 1: New Orleans, LA (-> 6 hrs 10 min)
Day 2: Atlanta, GA (-> 7 hrs 19 min)
Day 3: Washington, DC (-> 10 hrs 12 min)
Day 4: New York City, NY (-> 3 hrs 40 min)
Day 5: Detroit, MI (-> 9 hrs 56 min)
Day 6: Chicago, IL (-> 4 hrs 33 min)
Day 7: St. Louis, MO (4 hrs 41 min)
back home to Memphis, TN (4 hrs 32 min)

we wanted a good bit of "free time" for NYC, 'cuz it's NYC, so that has the shortest distance to...however, why is this whole thing funny? 'cuz we've yet to play a show here in Memphis, or get together to compose a full set...but we shall very soon...yea! and i'm thinking this could actually happen late in the winter break or maybe spring break...sure it's pathetic that i spent a large amount of time on this now...but hey, i'm easily distracted, and this could turn out for our advantage bein' all ready 'n all...but if it happens, it should be a sheer rockfest...but that's all i have to say on that for now...just thought i'd send it out there so the handfull of you reading this could laugh at me...
