Pastry

I got the first of my birthday books to trickle in through the mail: The Topless Tower by Silvina Ocampo. In the evening after work Mary Beth and I went out to try this Korean-French bakery thing called Tous les Jours (it's a chain, based in Korea, but it seemed interesting enough). So we got a bunch of pastry things even though we were already kinda full and took them down to the river to eat and look at the sunset. Then I woke up still pretty full and just ate the leftovers to make myself even more extra fuller.
