In the late afternoon Mary Beth and I went up to Overton Park for a nice walk through the forest and around the pond. A little later we went up to Fresh Market just to kill some time and look around (and get more of these delicious cookies we got the last time we were there). We ended the night by watching some Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman.

and also, per the way the format it leaps from works and how it chose to use that format innovatively (pre-twin peaks!!!) for its own "further" ends, it's much better episodically, not a rando slice out of nowhere (which is why, the scant allusions and comments left intact online i could find about it at all, are as paltry as just, oh point and laugh at "waxy yellow buildup" or peanut butter, and nothing beyond that level of (non-)response, or even like so often straight up missing the point of some of the scathing satire and falling right into it earnestly, a la the whole "loretta cooing 'baby boy' at charlie gives me a hott!").
