Phases

Last night I went and saw Phase IV at Crosstown. It was fun. Lots of great visuals and surreal elements (and of course the music!), but you kind of wish it leaned a little more into the surrealism instead of quite being so grounded as a b-movie (not that there's not potential in a b-movie, more just in the plainness that some b-movies have, which it doesn't quite fall into but comes close), but it's still quite enjoyable. I took my first dose (again) of the prednisone with dinner yesterday evening. This time it's just one of the small pills a day. The soreness/stiffness was there a little throughout the night as I slept but by the time I woke up this morning it felt almost gone. Hopefully that'll continue but we'll see in a little over a week.
