Soda and Stuff

Yesterday after work Mary Beth and I made an off-schedule run up to Kroger for some things (mostly to complete a goodbye package for our neighbor Joanna who's likely moving out due to a breakup and was recently so nice to us with the gift of the cat-on-the-moon ornament) and while there I found my good grocery store sodas (real sugar Pepsi and Mango Pepsi) that I haven't been able to find at the store in forever. The day we usually go is towards the end of their stocking cycle and yesterday was their main restock day so I think it's probably mostly been timing, but I'd been getting worried they were going to stop carrying them completely. I stocked up anyway. Promotion-wise for the festival some things are coming together. I have an interview with The Daily Memphian tomorrow, an appearance on Amy's Sonosphere podcast the week-of, and I set up a listening session at Memphis Listening Lab the week of as well. That's all pretty exciting (and only one of them was my idea and initiative, but Memphis Listening Lab seems very nice and accommodating).
