Yesterday afternoon Mary Beth and I went to see a play up at Hattiloo called School Girls; or, the African Mean Girls. It was good! Then right after that it was about time to get ready for my show last night. It was a good night. Some people showed up in spite its being Easter. Artificer was first and they were phenomenal as always. Next it was Autodealer. This was the artist I was least familiar with beforehand. They flew out from L.A. to join The Corrupting Sea for this tour. They were really good. Their stuff is pretty ambient, but with beats and stuff. Then it was The Corrupting Sea. I'd seen them before and they're still good! Then I was last. I think it went okay. Had a good time talking to and seeing people. I got some merch afterwards. Another The Corrupting Sea shirt (this one with a squid) and an Autodealer shirt. I also got some cds: The Corrupting Sea: Float, Autodealer/The Corrupting Sea: Sonic Ablutions, Autodealer: Structured Living for Your Minds, and Autodealer: Circuit Dreams the Signal. Now back to regular life and I'm sleepy!
