Last night Mary Beth and I went out to the Brooks to try this tasting menu. It was all vegan themed (except for the "main" dish which had a fish option). It was good! I'd never had fiddleheads, I don't think, and they were very delicious (so tender!). Leek gnocchi was another highlight. Mary Beth and I both got one of each of the entree to split: that's the aforementioned fish and a pepita curd, pretty much a pumpkin seed tofu. The pepita curd was so tasty, my favorite thing I ate from the non-dessert menu. And last was a bougie, vegan sort of take on banana puddin' and that was uh my favorite. It tasted of the strawberry sauce more than banana, but still it was super-delicious. Okay, I think that's about it for now.
