Stair

I decided to a little exercising yesterday. Just a bit of fake stairs on this little step thing we've had sitting around gathering dust forever. Just ten minutes up and down, back and forth, but I could feel it at the end. Even when I wasn't exercising at all, when I actually went into work I always took the stairs so there was a little something and now working from home, just nothing. So we'll see. Maybe I'll keep it up. Yeah, new year's thing we'll see how it goes. Mary Beth and I watched some Kids in the Hall bonus features last night to while the time away. This is the first Friday I've worked in around two and a half months. But last night, for a second, I was thinking today might be Thursday so I guess the week could have felt longer and I'll take that as a success!
