Chicken Trouble

Yesterday I spent some time working on this remix for Paul Vinsonhaler. I formatted the tracks to where I can easily use them and started running them through the modular. Still have a bunch more tracks to go...and then to do the actual mixing portion. Then Mary Beth and I did our holiday weekend binge of going out and picking up food for the first time since quarantine. We called in an order to Gus's to pick up. I had to wait a little bit longer for my food after I arrived, which might not normally be a huge deal but there were a bunch of people just standing around outside waiting and I was the only one (not counting the security guard) wearing a mask. They had a sign saying you have to call in orders and they weren't taking any walk-ups, but they were and it was obvious most people waiting around had just walked up, which is why there were so many just hanging around so long. Then you've got people just walking down the sidewalk through the crowd without masks. I just wish the were handling that better. When we got home to eat it, it was real fuckin' good. And we got a ton and I was sure it'd be more than one meal's worth but, uh, it was JUST at a meal's worth, apparently. We ate it while starting our tv binge in which we finished watching the rest of the new season of She Ra. Now that's only half of the weekend down!
