On Holiday

ateolfYesterday evening Mary Beth and I went over to Josh and Molly's for a post-Thanksgiving hang-out kinda thing. The girls were there too. We shared leftovers and generally hung out. After a bit, Molly had an impulse to watch Star Wars, I think she wanted the girls to watch it. So I saw it for the first time in quite a good while (15 years or so, though we just watched the first one, still on the old vhs so I've yet to see any of the fucked-with versions). Lot of dumb stuff about it, but it's still kinda fun to watch. With all the damn sequel talk, I have had a mild hankering to revisit the original trilogy (maybe even watch those prequels? I dunno, after the first one not sure I could make it through the prequels). After that Josh wanted to take advantage of the weather and we played some ping pong. So there was some intense ping pong action. Then we geared up to leave feeling like it was extremely late and I look at the clock and it's not even 11. Old? Anyway.
